Our fates intertwined in the summer of 2013, when Enrique arrived in Tijuana from Guerrero. He had only been in his new home for a week when we met for the first time at our church's summer Bible school.

That day, our eyes met, and without realizing it, something inside us began to blossom. Years passed, and that special feeling grew little by little, strengthened by patience, respect, and the faith that guided us. Although our hearts already knew we were meant for each other, the perfect moment arrived in 2019, when our courtship began on September 11th.

They say true love knows how to wait, and ours is proof of that. For six years we learned to wait for God's timing, and for another six years we built a solid love, based on understanding, trust, and God's will. We learned to love each other in the purest way, always with the certainty that our destiny was to be together.

Today, we continue to hold hands, with the promise of loving each other for eternity. Because our love was born to last, to grow, and to be a reflection of the beautiful story God wrote for us.
